About the Position
As a project manager in Sustainable Utility Projects, you will assist in establishing sufficient power supply for the many new facilities and factories at several of our production sites.
You will be a key player in several high-voltage projects, where supply security, quality, and sustainability are of utmost priority.
You can expect the position to involve, among other things:

Assisting with project management on the projects where we are the client

Taking responsibility for ensuring that your projects are executed according to the agreed design and that they follow the time schedule and budget

Working closely with project groups, engineering consulting firms, the local utility company, contractors, as well as numerous technical personnel at the individual factories

Playing a role in helping the operations organization develop and ensure technical operations, so that our facilities always run optimally

Acting as a sparring partner for the team's colleagues and a broad network of stakeholders and providing professional input to our clients across services
There are two permanent positions where you will be attached to either our site in Kalundborg or Bagsværd, but you can expect to work at other Novo Nordisk sites, as well as the possibility of hybrid work.
Qualifications
To be successful in the role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:

Ideally, an engineering degree with a relevant technical background

Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably within high-voltage and/or infrastructure projects

Experience from a contractor, an electricity utility company, or from an engineering consulting company.

Proficiency in English, both orally and in writing, and Danish as an advantage

You maintain a broad perspective, ensure a steady flow in task execution, and employ systematic problem-solving, while valuing trust and personal relationships, to have an effective collaboration. As a sparring partner for the team's colleagues and a broad network of stakeholders, it is crucial that you openly and respectfully share your knowledge and engage in constructive collaboration.
Furthermore, we expect you to be proactive, independent, committed, and passionate about delivering high quality to the customer on time and have natural persuasiveness. You can clearly communicate results and plans, make decisions and stand by them, while also not hesitating to ask for help.

Corporate Facilities employs approximately 250 employees who contribute to enabling Novo Nordisk to focus on its core business, which is production, by offering solutions that are simple and agile, whether it is infrastructure, office facilities, supplies, or facility services. The job itself is located in the "Sustainable Utility Projects" team, which manages a portfolio of complex projects at our Danish factories. We work strategically to implement solutions that are sustainable in critical areas. We collaborate across many different business areas at Novo Nordisk and with external partners, including consultants and suppliers.
