With these skills, you will be a driving part of the Incubator, ensuring that we implement tangible and significant steps towards achieving zero environmental impact.

To succeed in this role, you have:

  • A Master’s degree in engineering or similar
  • Solid experience and knowhow in driving energy and utility projects
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, to be put in to play when taking projects from early maturity stage through to implementation and handover
  • Broad and deep knowledge of the engineering landscape within facility management
  • Well-informed about the newest trends in this field of energy supplies across all engineering disciplines

Our ‘Circular for Zero’ strategy is based on the concept of circular economy, and experience in this area will therefore be an advantage.

We expect you to have:

  • Motivate yourself in situations where you encounter organisational resistance
  • Analytical and capable of turning complex information into simple and engaging presentations
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Danish

As an individual you have a can-do attitude, and are self-driven, structured and an excellent communicator. You work systematically, logically, and proactively. You are robust and capable of handling a high-paced and complex work environment without losing oversight and motivation.
