The position

Your primary responsibilities will involve planning, developing, and implementing new employee benefits, ensuring that our offerings align with company policies and adhere to market practices.

 

Additionally, your duties will include:

  • Planning, leading, and executing our annual company party, holiday gifts, and gross salary programs in collaboration with external vendors and partners.
  • Collaborating closely and developing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participating in projects that are anchored within the department.

 

This position will be based in Bagsværd, but you should expect to engage with colleagues and stakeholders across all Novo Nordisk sites.

 

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you:

  • Have over 5 years of experience leading projects, both large and small.
  • Experience working with Danish Employee Benefits and be able to bring fresh and innovative ideas.
  • Possess experience in negotiating and collaborating with vendors and partners.
  • Have strong communication skills, able to convey information effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Approach your work in a structured and goal-oriented manner, with a clear focus on achieving results.
  • Can translate data into insights, manage budgets, and handle administrative tasks related to your work.
  • Are adept at managing a variety of stakeholders while working independently.
  • Are fluent in both Danish and English.

 

You will engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, making excellent communication skills essential for clear interactions at all levels. You are solution-oriented, structured, and take ownership of your responsibilities. Most importantly, you possess a positive, flexible, and can-do attitude, along with the energy and empathy to work effectively as a team player.

 

About the department

People Care & Benefits is responsible for the social responsibility and the benefits package offered to employees in the Danish part of the organization. We support managers and employees and engage with our stakeholders. The department consists of a manager with seven direct referrals and one indirect referral. This role report to the HR Senior Manager.
