Your new role
As a Project Manager, you will lead and drive small to mid-sized projects with increasing complexity, ensuring strong stakeholder alignment and successful delivery. You will play a key role in shaping project direction while working with cross-functional teams across Novo Nordisk.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and effective collaboration across functions
- Developing and executing robust project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Managing stakeholder engagement through continuous communication, alignment, and problem-solving
- Identifying and mitigating risks through structured risk management and cost-benefit assessments
- Driving team performance by leading and motivating project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
You will also contribute to optimisation and development initiatives, including process improvements, lifecycle management activities, and implementation of innovative solutions across the API value chain.
Your new department
You will join the PS API MSAT Project Office, a central function supporting critical project activities across API manufacturing and development. The department collaborates closely with production, quality, regulatory, and development teams to ensure smooth transfer, optimisation, and lifecycle management of products.
Working across sites in Denmark and internationally, the team plays a key role in enabling efficient, high-quality production and continuous improvement within Novo Nordisk’s global operations.
Your skills and qualifications
We are looking for a motivated and collaborative Project Manager who thrives in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
To succeed in this role, you have:
- A Master’s degree in a relevant field such as engineering or natural sciences
- At least 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in a cross-functional setting
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align diverse groups
- The ability to work independently, set direction, and drive results in complex environments
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with strong collaboration and leadership capabilities
Experience within pharmaceutical development, manufacturing, or lifecycle management will be considered an advantage.

What we offer
Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 651,000 to 956,900 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position.
The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
