Your new role
As Project Manager, you will join a team of 10 employees responsible for Novo Nordisk’s human rights and environmental agenda towards our global suppliers. - Delivering capability‑building activities for procurement and auditors through training sessions, guidance and practical materials.

- Supporting supplier negotiations and internal handling of Responsible Sourcing requirements.
- Drive Responsible Sourcing audit activities, including audit nomination support, follow‑up on findings and closure of Corrective Action Plans (CAPs).
- Stay up to date with emerging legislation, trends and best practices to incorporate them into our programme.
Your new department
The world is changing and so are we. With a significant growth outlook for Novo Nordisk, it is essential to drive compliance to protect our licence to operate, and drive progress towards our environmental targets and ambitions. Environmental Responsibility is doing just that. We are ~60 employees, a diverse unit of specialists, project managers, consultants and experts, together working towards our common goal while still finding time for fun.
Your skills and qualifications
- A MSc degree (e.g. in sustainability, environmental mgmt., supply chain management, business management or similar)

- Have strong project management skills, including the ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Possess knowledge of international labour standards, CSDDD, human rights and environmental issues, and sustainability best practices
- Solid analytical skills, with the ability to focus on critical priorities, articulate key risks and implications to stakeholders, and drive informed, data‑based decision‑making.
- Are a strong communicator and collaborator with a can-do approach, fluent in both oral and written English
