The position
As Project Manager in Training & Execution you will play a crucial role in shaping and designing solutions to strategic priorities across the People & Organisation function in CMC & PS (Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control & Product Supply) in Novo Nordisk. You will be part of transformative improvement projects covering domains such as P&O processes, training excellence and productivity. Your daily tasks will involve collaborating with business leaders, HR partners or training project managers to analyse business cases, mobilizing stakeholders, and applying your analytical skills to design improved standards and processes.

You are used to working close to the shopfloor – or where the projects lead you – to understand processes and ensure that changes are implemented and sustained. Each project will be customized to meet specific business needs, and you will test project outcomes to drive further enhancements. Validation of solutions will be done in collaboration with key stakeholders, and you will not let go before business value have been proven and anchored. Your work may take you to various Novo Nordisk sites in Denmark.

The main tasks include:

  • Scope, plan, analyse, redesign and implement world-class solutions to highly complex problems within P&O, training, human performance, and modern technologies across CMC & PS.
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with critical stakeholders using influential skills to drive results and facilitate change.
  • Use your analytical approach to breakdown complex challenges into manageable chunks and setup a project organisation that will ensure timely delivery of the benefits.
  • Proactively partner with the P&O and training organisation to ensure feasibility of solution designs and follow through on benefit potentials.

You will report to the Director of the Optimisation & Execution unit responsible for the P&O strategic portfolio and training standards across CMC & PS. The department is organized under Training & Execution in P&O in CMC & PS.

Qualifications
To thrive in this role, candidates should possess:

  • 2-3+ years of experience with project management in fields such as Process Improve-ment, Consulting, Strategy Deployment or Change Management.
  • Project management skills with some experience in leading organizational development and design activities and a passion for communication.
  • Potential previous experience in consultancy and comfort with exposure to leaders.
  • Experience working within pharma/highly regulated environments and larger organisation is a plus.
  • Fluency in written and verbal English.

Personally, you are an outgoing self-driven individual who brings great energy and a can-do atti-tude to any situation. You enjoy taking up challenges and are motivated by ambitious targets. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where tasks and priorities can change with business needs. You naturally build trust with your stakeholders, and you like to drive and execute a variety of optimisation projects in any type of field, whether it is Training, P&O or Production processes.
