The position
As our new Project Manager, we expect you to deliver high-quality project management for projects of varying size, budget, and complexity. Our project pipeline that includes projects within technique, building and infrastructure, is rapidly growing.
All project design and execution are carried in close collaboration with the operating departments, local service centres and other relevant departments in Novo Nordisk. Stakeholder management is a significant part of the job, as we work with facilities and surroundings that affect many colleagues and processes.
You have the full responsibility for the projects, and are expected to run the entire process from A-Z, which includes:
- Mature projects from idea to final design to execution and handover.
- Management of external consultants within architectural, construction and technical disciplines.
- Execution of projects within agreed scope, budget, and timeline.
- Commissioning of the projects, as well as successful handover to operations.
- Being the go-to person in terms of smoothly moving from project to operation and ensuring that the implemented solutions can be operated.
Qualifications
Preferably you hold a master’s degree in engineering or similar education, with 5+ years of project management experience and can demonstrate solid know-how in driving
projects. To thrive and succeed in this role, we expect you to have:
- Ability to handle most situations independently and with routine.
- Ability to set directions and deliver results in own role which have a significant impact within the context of a wider operational area.
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Danish.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to utilise when taking projects through execution and handover.

In Corporate Facilities, with 350+ employees, we enable Novo Nordisk to focus on the core business by delivering simple and agile solutions for infrastructure, workplaces, utilities, and facility services as well as a major building portfolio. Your primary base will be in Bagsværd, however the job involves activities across our Danish sites. The 20 employees in the department, manage a large portfolio of maintenance, replacement and expansion projects with various complexity and size, across all Danish sites
