The position
This is a great opportunity to be an integral part of the execution team, ensuring that we implement tangible and significant steps towards achieving zero environmental impact.

 

You can expect that the key responsibilities of this position will include:

  • Monitoring project progress to ensure that project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Ensuring proper maintenance of project documentation and production of project reports as required.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements, creating, updating, and maintaining presentations for senior leadership and project stakeholders.
  • Adhering to project management best practices and standards, ensuring that projects are managed in accordance with Novo Nordisk standards and guidelines.
  • Managing stakeholder expertise to navigate different seniority levels within Novo Nordisk, from equipment owners and other project managers to senior management.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders as well as fostering a collaborative work environment.

 

Qualifications
Preferably you hold a master’s degree in engineering or related fields, with 3-6 years of proven experience in project management and can demonstrate solid results in delivering projects successfully.

 

Furthermore, we expect you to have:

  • Great problem-solving skills with structured and skilled approach in navigating high complexity.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and experience at all levels.
  • Possess leadership skills and a track record in project management. Experience in energy design, energy infrastructure, or utility installations is advantageous.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and the ability to navigate in high complexity.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English, and Danish is a plus.

In Corporate Facilities, with 250 employees, we enable Novo Nordisk to focus on the core business by delivering simple and agile solutions for infrastructure, workplaces, utilities, and facility services as well as a major building portfolio.  We create tangible business results by partnering with all areas of the business and what we do impacts all Novo Nordisk’s employees in their workday. The job is anchored in the team “Sustainable Utility Projects”, which is part of Corporate Facilities. We manage a large portfolio of sustainability projects at multiple impact and maturity levels, some spanning the entire organization. We drive execution all the way from basic design to handover and work systematically and strategically to implement ‘Circular for Zero’ initiatives within the areas of energy supplies, utility installations and facility management in general. We collaborate across business areas of Novo Nordisk and with external partners including consultants and contractors.
