The position
In our team, high engagement, innovation, and ambition are key words in executing projects set to improve the capacity, compliance, and quality of our current and future API manufacturing processes. 

As a Project Manager, your key activities involve:

  • Overseeing projects with high impact on the supply of API
  • Driving and following-up on optimization projects of the manufacturing process for the insulins or GLP-1 APIs
  • Engaging in multiple projects across the respective APIs depending on current priorities and activities
  • Working closely with MSAT-, Production-, QC- and Regulatory Affairs colleagues
  • Participating in/ coordinating regulatory activities for the API projects 

The location is optional and can either be in Bagsværd, Gentofte, or Kalundborg, as we have team members in all locations.

 

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we imagine you:

  • Hold an academic degree (B.Sc., M.Sc., Ph.D.) within pharmacy, biotechnology, engineering or similar
  • Possess hands-on experience working with API process development or API manufacturing process and/or project management within these areas
  • Exhibit a global mindset and enjoy building relations across the organization with multiple stakeholders and work cultures
  • Showcase proficiency in both written and spoken English

On a personal level, you are ambitious, proactive, and self-motivated. You are curious and not afraid to ask questions, allowing you to navigate uncertainty and clarify complex topics. You apply a structured approach to our work and excel in planning, and consistently meeting deadlines. Lastly, you are a strong communicator, thriving working both on your own as well as in a team, engaging effectively with stakeholders across various areas and building collaborative relationships to achieve shared goals. 

 

About the Department
You will join the PS API MSAT Project Office as part of the “Project Managers & Regulatory Writers” team. The team currently consists of six dedicated regulatory writers and nine project managers. The team’s responsibility is, in collaboration with project directors and senior project managers, to ensure that the project- and regulatory activities for the PS API product portfolio are handled according to project- and submission deadlines. 

We execute projects for process optimization set to improve capacity and quality and reduce cost and we support project governance that secures continuous optimization across PS API. We are deeply involved in the regulatory work associated with Life Cycle Management of the Drug Substances.
