The position
As a Project Management intern, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting tasks and assume a high degree of responsibility. You will support our senior management on strategic projects, global processes, and other ad hoc tasks related to managing the global organization and global stakeholders. You can expect to collaborate on initiatives related to strategic functional priorities, while also learning about various aspects of corporate organization.
These responsibilities include:
- Contribute to high-impact strategic initiatives within the function, directly aligning outcomes with the function’s strategic goals, and with a focus on improving operational efficiency, driving digital transformation, and safeguarding our business.
- Support with the preparation of professional communications, including presentational material, announcements, reports, briefing documents, etc.
- Create and maintain intranet sites and pages (e.g., on SharePoint) to support internal communication, share resources, and enhance collaboration across the organization.
- Continuously improve onboarding programs, ensuring region-specific content and seamless integration for new members of the function across the globe.
- Orchestrating meetings and high-profile events by leasing with vendors, optimizing logistics, and managing budgets/spend to maximize value and attendee experience.
- Lead the hiring and onboarding process for new interns across multiple departments, collaborating with functional stakeholders to attract top talent and ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
To support your growth, you will be supported by a manager, who will provide feedback on your work and help you maximize your learning journey.
Practical details
- Internship period: 6 months minimum (possibility to extend)
- Working hours: Full-time, 37 hours a week (exam periods will be taken into consideration)
- Start date: February 2026
- Internships are remunerated (15.000 DKK), if your educational track allows
- A Danish full-time work permit is required for non-EU citizens
- *Please note that there is work permit fee (app. 3.000 DKK)

- The candidate must be able to relocate to Denmark and obtain a CPR-number
Qualifications
We are looking for students interested in developing their project management skills who are currently pursuing a master’s degree in business, Business Administration, Business Law, Economics, Communications or similar.
We prefer if you already have general knowledge about project management and experience in engaging with different stakeholders. We expect you to be comfortable with the MS Office package and flair for IT and software implementation might be considered as an asset, as well as interest in legal field, but it is not a strict requirement. We also value a solid understanding of user experience (UX) design principles and best practices.
Furthermore, you:
- Have good academic credentials
- Have relevant work/extracurricular activities experience next to your studies
- Have a strong analytical mindset, and are comfortable in combining your qualitative and quantitative skills
- Are organised, structured, and able to communicate clearly and concisely with different stakeholders
- Take leadership naturally and have high professional expectations for yourself and your colleagues
- Have strong work ethics and thrive in a busy work environment, where you are able to bring a “can-do” attitude
- Are fluent in spoken and written English

Global Legal, Intellectual Property & Security (GLIPS) is located in the Head Quarter of Novo Nordisk in Bagsværd, Denmark. We are responsible for advising and supporting the business on various legal matters and drive strategic projects to the benefit of the function and our stakeholders. The Strategic Office team in GLIPS oversees the execution of strategic priorities for the function, in close collaboration with professional and experienced colleagues working in various fields of legal, patents and business. We believe our interns have a lot to contribute with and bring new ways of thinking, which is why we are committed to ensuring you become an integrated part of our teams.
