Then you might be the right candidate for our position as Programme Manager in the Digital Supply Chain!

 

The position

As a Program Manager in the Digital Supply Chain area your main responsibility will be to develop, launch and run on an ongoing basis a cross value chain of knowledge directed to Supply Chain employees in whole Novo Nordisk and key-related areas. On top of this you will be responsible for driving other Supply Chain projects that will support our strategy to transform our supply chain into a competitive advantage to the company.  

 

In your role you will among others:

 

  • Revitalize our Supply Chain Academy to fit current and future needs
  • Make a project plan to take us from analysis of training needs to securing relevant content (speakers, themes, and link to business need) on training events
  • Setup necessary working groups and/or steering committee to secure buy-in and relevance of project outcome
  • Secure alignment with relevant stakeholders across the global supply chain
  • Analyse training needs for Supply Chain professionals on an on-going basis
  • Plan events for the participants of the Supply Chain Academy on an on-going basis

 

You will be closely working with the Supply Chain Training Coordinator delegating he/she administrative tasks in order to secure that the strategic purpose of the Supply Chain Academy is met.

 

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you are an experience programme manager with excellent track record in change management, stakeholder management and project management.

You might even have some of the following qualifications,  

  • Minimum of 5 years of strong business insight from similar Supply Chain positions
  • Master’s degree e.g., in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or Educational provision
  • Ability to make plans and drive a project plan
  • Experience with planning and execution of training/events
  • Experience analysing business (training) needs
  • Ability to drive results through others
  • Ability to motivate people to participate in a project or an event
  • Fluency in English
  • Knowledge in Project Management toolbox is an advantage

 

As a person you have an interest in driving training and competence development within Supply Chain. You are self-driven and independent and at the same time you enjoy working with stakeholders from different backgrounds all around the world. You are good at making plans and have a flair for structure and standardization. You have excellent communication skills and excel at creating stakeholder engagement. You possess good listening skills and are fast to react to business needs. You have the ability to keep an eye on the big picture and to prioritize tasks when needed.

Finally, you like being the go-to person when talking about Supply Chain competences and to be the host of training events.

 

About the department

In this job you will be joining a team of 57 dedicated colleagues in our center of excellence within Digital Supply Chain.
 

Digital Supply Chain is anchored in “Supply Chain & Finance”, within Novo Nordisk Product Supply and our main responsibilities are to digitalize, harmonize and improve global processes and solutions within the end-to-end supply chain. Product Supply have facilities globally and have key stakeholders throughout the end-to-end supply chain.

 

You will be part of a team of 12 highly engaged, experienced, and funny colleagues in the DSC E2E planning excellence team.
