Production Support Coordinator

The position

As a Production Support Coordinator, your main responsibility is to support the network group of Production Support Directors in Aseptic Manufacturing (AM). Reporting to AME (Aseptic Manufacturing Engineering) Production Support Director, you will be central to the coordinating the knowledge sharing across Novo Nordisk global production network, with a broad range of topics related to production support. You will work as the main supporter to the Production Support Director to prepare and facilitate network meetings, coordinating initiatives and projects, data management and analysis across the network to implement strategic objectives. You will support the creation of a collaborative and engaging network that can adapt to a changing environment.

Qualifications
To be a successful candidate, you: 

• Have a master's degree in business management or project management
• Have at least 2 years of experience in project management or administration
• Possess knowledge and insights about project management
• Work a structured and detail-oriented manner with strong coordination skills
• Have a passion for organizing and creating engaging environment for knowledge sharing
• Are fluent in verbal and written English
• Work in different cultures and be an ambassador for Novo Nordisk values

Aseptic Manufacturing Engineering (AME) plays a key role in accelerating a major transformation to improve performance across our global network of factories in Asia, Europe as well as North and South America to meet the need of the increasing number of people living with diabetes and obesity.
