The Position
As a Product Transfer Project Manager, you will be empowered and responsible for introducing our new products to our internal and external production network ensuring to meet patients demand. 

 

Your main responsibilities will include: 

  • Technical transfer of the product together with your team of subject matter experts and the production site project manager. The projects are cross-functional assignments with key influence in and deliveries to the production. 
  • Working closely together with regulatory affairs and manufacturing sites across the world. 
  • Setting the direction for your project team ensuring that deliverables and strategies are executed. 
  • Creating transparent plans and communicating these to stakeholders.

You will be working out of Bagsværd, Denmark and depending on the projects there will be 1-4 weeks traveling per year.

 

Qualifications
We are looking for someone who can inspire and energize their surroundings, establish clear and ambitious goals, and work closely together with project team members and stakeholders. Our ideal candidate is good at building relations, has strong interpersonal skills, and can navigate in a complex stakeholder landscape.

 

To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:

  • BSc, MSC Degree or equivalent in science, engineering, pharmacy, or another similar field. 
  • A solid background within project management leading complex projects within aseptic production, or other relevant disciplines within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in leading product transfers within the pharma- or biotech industry.
  • The necessary skills to thrive in a high-pace and dynamic workday, prioritizing and creating transparency for your project and ensuring you always keep the overview.
  • Fluency in English language.

About the department
AMSAT Manufacturing Science & Transfers is a dynamic business area, consisting of 135 employees. The area provides site transfers, site support, and improvement projects of diverse complexity to the global organization. An elevated level of process knowledge is anchored in the department.
As a Product Transfer Senior Project Manager, you will be a part of a team consisting of 11 project managers and transfer SME’s and scientists. We are an ambitious and high performing team known for delivering strong results that add to the success by driving improvement and optimisation projects in close cooperation with our global production sites. We share a relaxed tone and great ambitions.
