Process Supporter for New Filling Line (Maternity cover, 12 months)

Your new role

As a Process Supporter for our new filling line, you'll be at the heart of an exciting equipment installation and validation project. Your role combines hands-on technical work with strategic process thinking as you help bring cutting-edge aseptic manufacturing technology to life.

 

During the project phase, your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing validations on new equipment to ensure compliance and performance
  • Participating in product validations for both marketed products and clinical trials
  • Ensuring timely and satisfactory completion of quality tasks
  • Contributing to audits and inspections through cross-departmental collaboration

 

Once the line is operational, you'll transition to:

  • Supporting daily production and operational tasks, including preparation of DV and CR cases
  • Maintaining shop floor involvement to support production performance

 

Your new department

In Drug Product Manufacturing (DPM), we cover the full value chain from drug and device development to marketed Novo Nordisk products. We are many colleagues across the globe with the shared responsibility of scaling molecules, processes, devices, and products, dedicated to supplying life-saving medicines to the patients who need them most.

 

You'll be part of DPM Bagsværd, an aseptic filling factory with approximately 800 employees. We produce marketed insulin and GLP-1 products, as well as products for clinical trials, for the benefit of patients worldwide. Our department is currently responsible for validating a new isolator filling line and ramping it up to 24-7 production – a transformative project that will expand our capacity to serve patients globally.

 

Your skills & qualifications

We're looking for two highly motivated colleagues who are ambitious, proactive, and able to interact with people at all levels. You'll bring with you:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Pharma, Chemistry, Engineering, or a similar relevant field
  • At least two years of production experience at Novo Nordisk (aseptic production experience is an advantage)
  • Strong technical knowledge combined with a process-oriented way of thinking
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills that enable you to thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment
  • Strong Danish and English language skills, as we communicate internally in Danish, but also work in an international environment

 

 

About the department

 

At Novo Nordisk’s production site in Bagsværd we produce marketed products and products for clinical trials. In 2024 we established of a new department to qualify a new production line for aseptic filling of solution products for injection

Salary:  For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 570.200 to 838.199 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position.

The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.

 

Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level,  location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
