The Position
As Process Manager, your main responsibility is to ensure the implementation of improvement projects as well as integration of newly acquired sites and/or expansion projects within Production Support in Aseptic Manufacturing (AM).
We are seeking to hire multiple process managers to oversee Utilities, Facility Management, HVAC, GxP Material Handling, and the Design & Implementation of facility equipment.
In this role, there is great opportunity for approximately 30% international travel to sites worldwide.
The main tasks will be to:
• Be responsible for the projects and process work package in Aseptic Manufacturing (AM).
• Implement Novo Nordisk standards and systems with high emphasis on performance, improvement and compliance.
• Play a key role in supporting the global AM Production Support network to improve performance, increase capacity standardization, simplifying the processes.
• Work closely with stakeholders locally and globally.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
• A bachelor’s degree, a master’s degree or a PhD in engineering, project management, pharmacy, pharmaceutical design and engineering or similar field.
• At least 5 years of experience within manufacturing with at least some of the years being within or close to the implementation of optimisation of manufacturing processes (Utilities, HVAC; GxP Material Handling, Design and implementation of facility equipment).
• Experience with project management and implementing projects of strategic significance within a global organization and a global stakeholder landscape.
• Proven experience with cLEAN®, Good Practice (GxP) regulations, demonstrating compliance and quality mindset.
• Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
As a person, you are a team player with a great collaboration abilities and strong leadership skills, with a proven track record in guiding and motivating teams. Having a structured approach to problem-solving and process management, a “can-do” attitude and a strong conviction that no challenge is too big or too small to handle is key to succeed in this role.
A strong interest in discovering new and improved ways to enhance process efficiency is essential. Additionally, dedication to continuous learning and the development of new skills is highly valued.
Driving improvement projects requires a highly structured approach, combined with exceptional leadership and communication skills. Success in this role is achieved through indirect leadership of stakeholders across the network, fostering collaboration and alignment.
