The position

As our Planning Support Specialist, you will work with Planning processes and optimisation. We are currently looking for a person to cover the role as Area Process Manager for ET. However, you will also work with implementation of new processes and systems (e.g. OMP) and improving existing processes.
Your overall objective is to ensure that we have processes and systems in places to support sta-ble and reliable planning. You will align and set directions clearly and constructively with stake-holders in the supply chain and production areas.

Conduct analyses to highlight supply risks that will support decision-making.

Support the optimization processes in the supply chain and support cross-functional and cross-departmental optimization.

· Support the planning team in maintaining high-quality flavour and variant management across our oral product portfolio

· Deliver process optimization within our planning processes ensuring that they are effi-cient and up to date with latest requirements

· Monitor data inputs, flag inconsistencies, and help resolve planning-related issues.

· On occasions prepare reports, dashboards, and planning inputs using SAP, Excel, and visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI).

· Collaborate closely with stakeholders in Planning, Production, Quality, and Commercial teams to ensure alignment and timely support.


Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

· A master’s or bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business admin-istration, or a related field.

· Experience in supply chain planning or a related role.

· Experience in driving process/ system implementation.

· Analytical skills and the ability to conduct risk assessments.

· Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

· Knowledge of planning system like SAP or OMP is an advantage

· Fluent spoken and written English is a prerequisite.


Nice to have:

· Prior experience in regulated industries (e.g., pharma, medical devices, food).

· Exposure to demand/supply planning processes

· Experience with Power BI or similar tools

· Process-oriented with a good understanding of compliance, documentation, and master data importance
