About the positions 
As a personal assistant, you will have the opportunity to enter a close collaboration with a Director, Vice President, Corporate Vice President, or Senior Vice President. You will work with a wide range of interesting tasks within administative and coordinating tasks. Your main tasks might include:  

  • Support with everything from scheduling meetings, practical details related to travel, calendar management, seminar planning and meeting minutes
  • Assist and advise in all matters related to leading the area effectively 
  • Secure efficient planning and related hands-on work   
  • Handle communication towards internal and external stakeholders  
  • Enter forums for planning and coordination across the organisation 
  • Manage budgeting and purchasing processes for the area

You will collaborate with many different internal and external stakeholders and be a key employee in the department. We always invest in your personal and professional growth as you navigate a globally dynamic environment and work with many challenging tasks. 
  
Qualifications 

You have 3+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant and with everything that the job entails. Furthermore, you: 

  • Are proficient in MS office, a fast learner, and quick to pick up new software skills 
  • Having experience working with budgets is considered an advantage
  • Can communicate effortlessly in English and potentially Danish at a business level both verbally and written 
  • Are located in Denmark or Malmø and sorroundings or Helsingborg and sorroundings


It is an advantage if you also have experience with the following: 

  • The complexities of working in the pharma industry or a larger international setting  
  • Various finance systems such as SAP, Coupa, etc. 
  • Event and seminar planning and coordination 

As a person, you are service-minded, structured, and can keep an overview. You are proactive and master the art of working independently and in teams. Moreover, you thrive in a fast-changing environment, with frequently changing priorities.  
  

Joining a Talent Pipeline in Novo Nordisk 
Depending on your qualifications and experience we will try to find the right match between you and our vacant administrative positions. If your profile is accepted into our pipeline, we will proactively match you with new positions opening, and if there is a match, we will reach out to you with information about the specific position and invite you to an interview with the hiring team. We might also call you briefly to gather additional information about your background and wishes for the future. You will remain part of the pipeline for six months, during which we will require your confirmation of interest regularly, and after 6 months you can decide if you wish to sign up for another 6 months or withdraw .
