We are looking for a proactive, organised, and energetic Personal Assistant who thrives on delivering high-quality administrative support in a professional, multicultural environment where you can make a visible difference.

 

Your new role

As Personal Assistant to the Associate Vice President in Digital Solutions, Processes & AI and to the Senior Director in Workforce Intelligence, you'll be at the heart of two dynamic departments. This is a role where your mindset, coordination skills and administrative support will enable senior leadership to focus on their key responsibilities. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Providing high-level executive support to two senior leaders, managing complex calendars, priorities and stakeholder engagement across both departments
  • Handling the annual budget process for both departments having the responsibility for budget management
  • Managing financial administration including PO creation, invoice processing, and ensuring compliance with Novo Nordisk guidelines
  • Acting as meeting coordinator and facilitator, ensuring seamless preparation, execution, and follow-up for leadership meetings and cross-functional collaboration
  • Serving as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communication and coordination with professionalism and discretion
  • Supporting colleagues across both departments on an ad hoc basis, bringing flexibility and a solutions-oriented approach to diverse tasks
  • Actively participating in the PA network within the SVP area, contributing to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement

Your skills & qualifications

We're looking for a Personal Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings administrative excellence, strategic thinking and a strong can-do mindset. Furthermore, you'll bring with you:

  • An administrative education or similar educational background
  • Hands-on experience with financial budgeting with proven ability to coordinate complex budget processes from start to finish
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project with the ability to leverage these tools for efficient coordination and planning
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage professionally with stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • Professional integrity and discretion with strong business understanding and the ability to navigate both formal business communication and interpersonal relationships

 

As a person, you demonstrate independence, proactiveness and a solutions-oriented mindset. It is natural for you to anticipate needs and stay one step ahead. You have exceptional coordination and prioritization abilities with a structured approach to managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Salary and Benefits: The Annual Base Salary ranges from 499.600 to 734.400 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position. The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.

A competitive benefits package is offered, including a pension scheme (currently 13% employer contribution and 5% employee contribution) in accordance with the applicable Collective Agreement for Salaried Employees (Indutriens Funktionæroverenskomst or “IFO”). Benefits package also include a free choice account of currently 11% and 4% holiday allowance.
