Do you want to be part of the P&O Business partner team supporting the POCA EVP area in its important mission of fostering an engaged and high-performing Novo Nordisk organisation where we shape external policies and build and protect our reputation so we reach as many people as possible with our life changing medicines?
As P&O Project Manager, you will be a trusted partner to P&O Business Partners and leaders, in a role dedicated to drive execution of the cross-POCA P&O agenda.
Your new role
As P&O Project Manager, you will work closely with the Executive P&O Bus. Partner and her team, driving cross-POCA people and organisational projects and initiatives across POCA. Responsibilities include coordinating P&O efforts across different entities, ensuring alignment, and driving progress through effective project management and stakeholder engagement.
Your key responsibilities include:

Develop, project manage and execute P&O initiatives and projects that goes across the EVP area, for instance within POCA Talent Management, Workforce planning, capability building

Follow up on performance progress, ensuring measurable impact

Act as sparring partner and consultant to P&O Business Partners in the team

Ensure alignment between local requirements and Global Centre of Excellence offerings

Support P&O Business partners in POCA P&O team on the cross POCA annual wheal activities
Your new department
POCA P&O team consist of five experienced colleagues, and you will report to the Executive P&O Business Partner. The success of POCA is critically important to Novo Nordisk in the times of transformation and the purpose of its P&O team is to translate the needs of the POCA business areas into relevant organisational and people responses, ensuring that we drive those P&O solutions that have highest impact on the strategic priorities of POCA.
Your skills and qualifications
We are looking for an HR savy person who is excellent at driving execution based on a strategy and who loves to put structure and simplicity into complex matters. You bring a pragmatic, solution‑oriented mindset and are comfortable navigating ambiguity while ensuring progress and accountability. You bring:

Master’s degree in HR or a related field

A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in HR project management, P&O Business Partnering or similar P&O role, with a track record of project managing and activating P&O initiatives that address true business needs

Solid business understanding, enabling you to understand how to create sustainable business outcome from our P&O interventions

Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities

Strong communication skills, with the specific ability to translate complex matters into simple and business focused messaging

Curious and with a strong interest in both people & organisation topics

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from DKK 651,000 to DKK 956,900, corresponding to the level of the position.
The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short‑term and/or long‑term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
