We are looking for a P&O Consultant to join Education Management, where we develop learning solutions for both apprentices and existing employees.

 

Your new role

In this role, you will act as a Learning Design Subject Matter Expert (SME), ensuring that learning initiatives are designed to create impact, implemented effectively, and anchored in the line of business. You will use data, cLEAN thinking, and fit-for-purpose technical solutions to continuously improve our learning solutions. With a broad stakeholder landscape both internally and externally, you will have to challenge the status quo, bring forward new ways of working, and support successful change management.

 

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Driving effective learning design for all learning activities with a focus on competence development and adapting learning to deliver measurable business impact
  • Leading the implementation of Education Management initiatives into Line of Business, securing anchoring and continued governance
  • Developing and improving technical solutions to enhance efficiency and the user experience of our services
  • Working with data to support decision making and collect, process, and present insights clearly for internal and external stakeholders
  • Identifying and executing optimisation initiatives within the department using cLEAN skills to ensure tangible business benefit
  • Aligning your priorities with department goals, sharing knowledge with colleagues, and driving initiatives that enable collective success

We are responsible for the hire and education of all apprentices in Novo Nordisk Denmark and for the competence development of around 8,000+ employees. Based in Bagsværd, you will join a team of 13 engaged colleagues who are passionate about enabling learning that makes a real difference.

 

Your skills & qualifications

We're looking for someone who combines learning expertise with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset. To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • An academic degree (a bachelor’s or master’s degree) within learning, communication, organisation, or similar
  • Preferably 2+ years’ experience from a larger organisation with design and implementation of learning initiatives
  • Preferably training/courses within project management, implementation, change management and/or technical solutions
  • Comfortable working with data (minimum: collecting, processing, and presenting insights clearly)

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 499.600,00 DKK to 734.400,00 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position. The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.

 

Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
