As the Organisational Change Management Lead, you will: 

  • Responsible for taking our OCM strategy and approach to the next level alongside supporting Line of business 
  • Implement a new warehouse system at our production sites worldwide, navigating a complex and global stakeholder landscape 
  • Lead a team of OCM consultants in activities across multiple sites globally, ensuring end-to-end delivery responsibility of identified OCM activities 
  • Collaborate with product development and deployment teams as well as OCM teams from other departments to secure engagement and adoption of the new system 
  • Analyse and identify activities to secure engagement and adoption of the new system 

Furthermore, you will build and lead a high performing OCM Team that focusses on impact assessment, training, lessons learned and collaboration with the local site, ensuring sufficient communication and onboarding to the entire change and following up on benefit realization on all projects in the WareX roadmap.  
 
What we scout for 
The ideal candidate for this position should meet most of the following requirements:

  • ADKAR qualification or experience, incl. Stakeholder Mapping, Change Impact Assessment, OCM strategy and Communication plan
  • 3+ years of experience with OCM and leading teams 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to delegate, empower others, and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines 
  • Proficient in developing and delivering training programs, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess change impacts and measure success 
  • Experience in large IT transformations within production facilities, combined with an agile mindset to adapt to changes and understand business impacts

The department, WareX is anchored in DD&IT Product Supply, Supply Chain and is focused on implementing SAP EWM – an Enterprise Warehouse Management System, used across Novo Nordisk.  

The WareX program at Novo Nordisk is a strategic initiative aimed at enhancing our global supply chain operations through the deployment of advanced digital solutions. This program focuses on implementing the SAP EWN solution across all Novo Nordisk production sites worldwide. By leveraging cutting-edge technology, WareX aims to improve operational efficiency, streamline processes, and ensure seamless integration of our supply chain activities. The goal is to enhance our ability to deliver high-quality products to patients around the globe, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance. 

The team is primarily located in Bagsværd (Greater Copenhagen area), Denmark and work together with our Product Supply colleagues, meaning that you will get to work closely with the users and technologies that drive our global manufacturing processes to the next level.
