The position

As an Organisational Development Partner at Novo Nordisk, you will be tasked with the ongoing support for our supply chain change and transformation initiatives, ensuring the right foundation has been laid and solutions provided to meet our objectives. Other responsibilities will include:

  • Design and support the implementation of organisational structures, job architectures, and performance management systems.
  • Develop governance models and address gaps within the supply chain.
  • Align existing performance management systems and KPIs with transformation goals.
  • Collaborate with P&O on talent strategies and develop implementation plans.
  • Mitigate risks and ensure integration with other transformation workstreams, establishing continuous improvement mechanisms to sustain transformation impacts.
  • Engage stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and advise leadership.

 

Please be aware that the position will commence at Novo Nordisk Bagsvaerd and relocate to Novo Nordisk Taastrup in Q3 of next year.

Qualifications

  • A Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience in organisational design.
  • Experience with organisational analyses and design.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience in change management.

 

It would also be advantageous to possess knowledge of talent acquisition, diversity, supply chain management and Novo Nordisk, as well as developing HR management strategies and policies.

 

As a person, you will be self-motivated with the ability to take ownership and manage multiple workstreams with ease, whilst keeping a holistic view on the bigger picture and mission to drive momentum within the transformation space.

 

About the department

You will be working with the global supply chain organisation, covering everything from production planning to strategic supply chain. With approx. 1,500 employees, we are a large and diverse team dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that meet the needs of our patients. As part of our global supply chain community, you will have the opportunity to work with talented professionals from around the globe, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive our organisation forward.

 

You will be part of a P&O team of 10 colleagues working with Organisational Design, HR Business Partnering, Training, and Communication. The P&O team supports both the Global Supply Chain Organisation and PSQIT Finance & Business Support.

 

The Supply Chain Transformation Office (TMO) has been put in place to drive several strategic workstreams across the full end-to-end supply chain of Novo Nordisk, ensuring a strong and impactful implementation in the line of business functions.
