Your new role
As an Operations & Transformation Supporter, you will act as a central enabler of both operational governance and transformation activities, working closely with stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment, progress, and impact.
You will:
- Support day-to-day operations, governance processes, and performance tracking while ensuring effective coordination across teams
- Drive stakeholder engagement by facilitating meetings, workshops, and governance forums, and ensuring follow-up on key actions and decisions
- Contribute to transformation and change initiatives, including planning, tracking, and supporting organisational change management activities
- Provide strategic and administrative support to leadership through presentations, reporting, and analysis to enable decision-making
- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise processes, collaboration, and ways of working.
Your new department
You will join OM&S within GMS IT – Core Manufacturing Solution, a collaborative and dynamic area focused on strengthening operational excellence and supporting transformation initiatives. The department works closely with business and IT stakeholders across the organisation to drive alignment, governance, and continuous improvement.
Your skills and qualifications
You bring a structured mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate and support complex, cross-functional environments.
We expect you to have:
- A relevant Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or similar, ideally complemented by certifications such as ITIL, PRINCE2, Agile, or PMP
- 2–5 years of experience within operations, transformation, PMO, consulting, or project/change management
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience supporting senior leadership in a global or matrix organisation
- Solid analytical and communication capabilities, including experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or Excel
- A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

What we offer
Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 650,000 to 850,000 DKK (DK), corresponding to the level of the position.
The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
