Do you want to be part of a team playing a vital role in the digitalisation of Novo Nordisk Production facilities?  We are looking for an OT/Automation Analyst to support development and implementation of a global SCADA platform on Novo Nordisk production sites in Denmark and abroad.

 

The position

As our new OT/Automation Analyst, you will be a part of a central programme, which is developing, testing and deploying SCADA applications for production equipment on Novo Nordisk Production sites. The SCADA applications are key in ensuring effective operation of our production equipment, but also enabling connectivity between Manufacturing Execution- and control systems.

 

You will be part of a CORE Team developing SCADA software with high focus on fulfilling current and future business needs. In the role it will be key that you can combine software development with close dialog with stakeholders in Line of Business to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.

 

Main tasks of the OT/Automation Analyst are:

 

  • Software development
  • Trouble shooting
  • Sparring with local Stakeholders
  • Preparation of Design Specifications
  • Execute and document Test activities
  • Support and participate in deployment activities

 

As the scope for the programme is Novo Nordisk Production sites globally, some travel activities must be expected.

 

Qualifications

  • BSc/MSc within automation engineering or similar
  • Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with SCADA and PLC Systems
  • Familiar with GMP and structured troubleshooting.

  • Ignition – Inductive Automation
  • Python, SQL
  • HTML5
  • MQTT, OPC UA

About the department

You will be part of Manufacturing IT, who is responsible for planning and execution of large-scale initiatives/programmes across Novo Nordisk Production facilities worldwide.

 

You will be anchored in Department Operational Technology, which focus is to support strategic initiatives by delivering OT/Automation solutions and services for production facilities in Novo Nordisk. The team is located in DK and consist mainly of IT/OT Analysts and Project Managers/Scrum Masters. The team is characterised by being very international, high level of innovation, quality mindset and trust based working environment.
