Your new role

As an OT Analyst in our OT & Digital Solutions Centre of Excellence, you'll be working on systems that are critical to Novo Nordisk's global production sites. This interim position offers the chance to collaborate with colleagues around the world while ensuring the seamless operation of production-critical IT/OT systems.

 

This is a 12-month interim parental leave cover.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with the System Management team and Product Owner to ensure seamless operations and deployments across our production environments
  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT systems software and hardware for multi-user server computers and personal computing devices
  • Automating routine tasks using scripting and developing basic computer programs to address complex systems software configurations and enhancements
  • Supporting the analysis, design, implementation, and operation of IT/OT systems critical to our production environments
  • Once you land in role, provide SME knowledge to the Product Owner and System Architect to help develop and implement product vision and architectural runway, ensuring stable, secure, and scalable systems
  • Participating as part of a hybrid and global scrum team in agile ceremonies and PI planning, collaborating with skilled colleagues both external and internal
  • Contributing to operations including lifecycle management of solutions and products

Within Global Manufacturing, OT & Digital Solutions enables production efficiency across Novo Nordisk's production environments through integrated IT/OT systems and services that are stable, secure, scalable and in compliance. Our Centre of Excellence ensures the reliability of shop-floor systems, bridges automation with IT, and safeguards compliance and cybersecurity – forming part of the digital backbone of Global Manufacturing production operations. We are based in Bagsværd, working as part of a global team.

 

Your skills & qualifications

We're looking for someone who is passionate about automation and enjoys working in a collaborative, global environment. To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • +2 years of experience within specifications, design, implementation, and maintenance of system solutions in a regulated industry and all-round knowledge of IT/OT
  • A minimum of a relevant bachelor’s degree or a technical background with equivalent work experience
  • Experience with operations including lifecycle management of solutions and products
  • Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills whilst building and leveraging cross-functional partnerships
  • The ability to work independently and proactively seek information to find the right solutions
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Octoplant and/or Siemens UMC/PLC is a plus
  • Experience working in a regulated industry (or a willingness to learn)
