Support the teams that bring our treatments to patients – from campaign development to congress planning, your coordination keeps everything moving.

 

Your new role

 

As a Marketing Analyst, you will play a central role in ensuring smooth execution across marketing campaigns, congress planning, promotional material reviews, and stakeholder coordination. You will work at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and Medical, keeping projects on track and enabling the team to deliver with speed and quality.

 

Day-to-day your tasks will include:

 

  • Managing promotional material reviews as a Veeva PromoMats superuser, including administrative uploads to ENLI and ensuring compliance with industry regulations
  • Coordinating all practicalities for internal and external events, congresses, and trainings – from planning through execution – aligned with business priorities and brand strategies
  • Supporting and co-driving the development of marketing campaigns (branded and unbranded) in close coordination with brand leads and cross-functional teams
  • Vendor management and handling contracts in Coupa for speakers, market researches, sponsor agreements, influencer partnerships etc. – ensuring timely signatures via DocuSign and proper archiving
  • Supporting the Sales organisation with key messages and booking elements, driving calls and Q&A sessions to ensure alignment on promotional materials
  • Processing invoices in ICE, including uploading, forwarding, and entering account/MIP/cost centre numbers

Within International Operations, you will join the Marketing & Commercial Excellence department in Denmark. The team drives campaign development, congress planning, and promotional execution across therapy areas – working closely with Sales, Medical, and external partners to ensure our materials and events meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

 

Your skills & qualifications

 

We're looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping multiple workstreams running smoothly. You'll bring with you:

 

  • A BSc/BA degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent; an advanced degree or relevant coordinator qualification is preferred
  • Around 2 years of experience in marketing, coordination, or a related field
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, effective time management, and a proven ability to handle multiple tasks against deadlines
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Danish
  • Strong software skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook; experience with web applications is desirable
  • A team-oriented, service-minded approach with the ability to build excellent working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

Salary:  For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 499,600.00 to 734,400.00 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position.

The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.

Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level,  location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
