If so, we have an opportunity for you as a Manufacturing Project Manager in our Bagsværd Project Office.

 

The position

As a Manufacturing Project Manager, you will be responsible for cross-functional projects that have a strategic impact to our manufacturing site in Bagsværd. You will drive and facilitate your own projects and engage with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and be responsible for all project metrics throughout the entire life cycle of the project, from ideation to delivery.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and developing Project plan

  • Monitoring and controlling Project metrics

  • Executing the project in accordance with QMS and EHS requirements

 

In Bagsværd you will be joining our Project Office, a team consisting of 11 skilled and diverse Project Managers, who run a portfolio of Projects that includes new technologies (machines and processes), new product launches, line improvements and production upscales.


Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:

  • A STEM degree, combined with at least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager (preferably in a manufacturing or industrial context)

  • Knowledge of GMP standards and regulatory requirements within pharmaceutical industry is a plus

  • Professional proficiency in English


As a proactive individual, you demonstrate leadership and interpersonal skills that enable effective engagement with stakeholders, building trust and securing commitment to support your projects. You are adept at functioning within a fast-paced environment and exhibit flexibility in adapting to changes. In your role as a project manager, you are capable of guiding your team through complexity, providing clear direction and achieving project objectives.

 

About the department

Bagsværd is part of the production network for Injectable Finished Products at Novo Nordisk. The local Project Office is part of Business Support – an area responsible for projects, logistics, finance, lean, digitalization, training, facilities and EHS.
