The Position
As a Manager, you will be part of the Aseptic Manufacturing (AM) Technical Execution team within the Aseptic Manufacturing Engineering (AME) area.
The main responsibility will be:

Lead technical team which consists of 11 employees (engineers and skilled workers)

Ensure installations of the technical solutions
-
Support AM technical network to maximize capacities through flawless execution and problem solving

Drive technical support on-site when major issues occur and/or when improvements initiatives are executed in the network
The role requires you have the capacity to travel around 50 days per year to some of the different sites located across the globe.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:

Academic degree or similar within a relevant subject matter (e.g., engineering).

Around 2 years of people management experience
-
Experience in maintenance, production, LEAN or/ and other technical background.

Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.

About the department
Aseptic Manufacturing Engineering (AME) is a part of Novo Nordisk, Product Supply, Aseptic Manufacturing Engineering (AM) and is responsible for supporting our global production sites in maintaining a high level of quality and compliance while creating innovative improvements to our manufacturing processes.
