Then you may be our new Team Leader for Corporate Metrology and Reference Materials.

 

The Position

In this role, you will play a crucial role in continuing to lead, coach, develop, and shape the team and our approach to quality processes and stakeholders. As a Team Leader, you will lead a team of highly competent and experienced employees in the Corporate Metrology and Reference Material team.

 

Your main tasks will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong collaboration with stakeholders alongside your team.
  • Ensuring team skills and competences are aligned with expectations and requirements set by authorities, Novo Nordisk Quality, and line of business needs.
  • Supporting continuous improvement of the metrology and reference material processes by challenging and harmonizing it for simplicity and user-friendliness within Novo Nordisk.

 

Simplicity is a key focus in our way of working, and you must continue to prioritize that focus in the department. To succeed, you must further enhance interaction and collaboration among colleagues in the department. The position is based in Bagsværd, and you will report to the Director of Quality Processes.

 

Qualifications:

To succeed in this position, you:

  • Have 3+ years of managerial experience, coaching and motivating your employees to deliver their best.
  • Hold an M.Sc. in engineering, pharmacy, or similar, along with substantial experience related to quality assurance in pharmaceutical production or QC.
  • Possess a strong business perspective for both the quality business and the production business, with a strategic ability to balance quality, delivery, and cost.

 

As a person, you are well-organized and achieve strong results by engaging your employees in taking pride in delivering on their objectives. Your ability to communicate clearly and collaborate is essential, and you are fluent in English both in speaking and writing.

 

About the Department

Quality Processes, a part of Novo Nordisk Quality, is responsible for maintaining and continuously developing the core quality processes and their supporting IT systems at Novo Nordisk. We ensure that our processes comply with regulatory requirements and operate as smoothly as possible. The department covers Deviations, Change Control, CAPA, process management, QMR, QRM, Metrology, and reference materials. Our ambition is to build a robust and simple quality management system that can support Novo Nordisk in maintaining world-class quality in the future.
