Your new role
As Manager in askHR Denmark, you'll lead one of our three teams delivering professional HR operational services to approximately 30,000 employees across Denmark. This is a role where your leadership directly impacts both team performance and the employee experience.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Leading, coaching and supporting team members to drive growth, engagement and a strong team spirit
- Driving operational excellence in daily operations while supporting strategic developmental initiatives
- Assisting with implementation and local deployment of GPOS (Global People & Organisation Services) initiatives, including cLEAN implementation, Hoshin Kanri processes, performance management and EVOLVE plans
- Monitoring operational KPIs, contributing to continuous improvement efforts and ensuring consistent service delivery
- Collaborating closely with Digital Development & Analytics, Employee Data Management, People & Organisation partners and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of HR services

askHR Denmark is a key point of contact and resource within People & Organisation for internal Novo Nordisk employees. As the first point of contact for people inquiries, we deliver professional HR operational service and guidance while contributing to the development of global processes and systems, including new digital solutions. The GPOS - RSC EMEA team includes both the askHR Denmark organisation and the askHR + Payroll teams supporting the wider EMEA region based in Warsaw.
Your skills & qualifications
We're looking for an experienced leader who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You'll bring with you:
- Proven leadership experience, having had direct reports in previous positions
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both Danish and English
- Cross-cultural experience and the ability to work effectively with colleagues across locations (EMEA and India) and within matrix organisations
- A bachelor's degree in business, psychology, HR or a related field; a master's degree is a plus
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., cLEAN), gap analysis and process improvements
- Experience working in HR Service Centres or shared services within multinational organisations is an advantage; prior experience in the Pharma industry is preferred but not required
