We are looking for an ambitious and passionate Manager for our project execution team within new technologies in the aseptic area. Someone who is driven by a strong purpose and a clear aspiration.
The position
You will be the Manager for the Project execution team which consists of 8 dedicated employees with various background and competence level. The key responsibility for the team is to lead global projects within new technologies. Being the on site partner for our local manufacturing sites (France, Brazil, US, China and four sites in Denmark and supporting them in strengthens their project execution with a risk based approach.
As Manager, you will play a key part in the development of your team and continuously improve how we work as well as delivering excellent results. You will have the responsibility for coordinating and prioritizing resources and tasks in the team in alignment with the global roll-out strategy. Being a global team, we are also looking for a leader with a global mindset and leadership skills to lead a multi-cultural group with an international stakeholder landscape.
Your main responsibilities will be focused on:
- Ensuring that the team continuously develops and risk for implementation is reduced through standardization and strong processes.
- Leading a diverse and multi-cultural team by developing competencies, coaching and motivation.
- Ensuring flawless execution of compliance and performance installations across our global manufacturing network.
- Setting objectives and targets for your team and provide useful feedback for your employees to develop.
In addition to that, you can expect to work close with the project management team for the implementation projects as well as being a part of defining and optimizing strategic project structure. In this position travel can be expected but will be kept to a limit and with business rational.
Qualifications
To be a competitive candidate, you should have:
- A master’s degree in engineering, Pharmacy or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of leadership experience.
- Experience with production and/or the pharmaceutical industry.
- LEAN leadership and a strong problem solving approach.
As a person and leader, you are authentic, engaged, and self-driven. You listen and respect the views of others but still dare to make clear choices. You have excellent interpersonal skills and can communicate clearly and in uncomplicated manner. Also, you are structured and proactive in your work and will always put people and patients first
You will have several stakeholders across the organization and therefore your written and spoken communication skills in English must be excellent. To succeed you need to be able to keep a cool head and make decisions in a busy work environment where challenges and opportunities changes frequently.
About the department
You will be part of a global department that deploy technical solutions across the aseptic manufacturing network. We are responsible for both compliance and performance projects. We work with a business-driven focus with a risk based approach that ensure us to become industry leaders within project management and project execution. The department consist of 2 teams, 3 program managers and a specialist Aseptic production.
