We are looking for a Logistics & Data Coordinator to join our Waste Management team in Corporate Facilities at Novo Nordisk. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Maintain and update operational and master data
- Collect, validate, analyse, and present operational data and insights
- Work with colleagues and suppliers to coordinate activities, solve issues, and improve operations
- Help optimise collection schedules, transport needs, fill rates, and container solutions
Your skills and qualifications
We are looking for someone with strong numerical and analytical skills who is motivated by combining data with logistics and daily operations. You are an advanced Excel user, comfortable working with data and able to translate it into practical operational insights.

- Experience with or a good understanding of logistics and operational processes.
- A structured and analytical approach with the ability to identify patterns, deviations and improvement opportunities.
- The ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and take ownership of your responsibilities.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues, stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Danish and English.
- Experience with or knowledge of the waste area is an advantage, while analytical capabilities, logistics understanding and a willingness to learn are key to succeeding in the role.
You have good system understanding and are comfortable learning and working with digital tools. Knowledge of Power BI or similar tools is an advantage.
You are operationally minded and enjoy being close to the daily operations. You are curious about the connection between data and operations and able to turn insights into practical improvements.
