You will act as a technical subject matter expert (SME) in close collaboration with the team, who will support you with the analytics related to People & Organisation (P&O). You can look forward to:
- Pioneering best in class, self-service solutions and owning our PowerBI suite used by all employees across the enterprise
- Leading the development and deployment of analytics models, tools, scale-able access models and frameworks that provide insights and unlock data-driven decision-making
- Driving workstreams both independently and as part of a wider team
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality standards and ethical data practices are being followed
- Championing a data-driven culture and increasing data literacy across the organization
- Integrating cutting edge technology and showcase the art of the possible in 2026
Your new department
The People Analytics department is highly regarded across the enterprise, owning the single source of truth across our entire workforce and executing strategic priorities through data-driven insights and recommendations. Our mission is to develop a comprehensive understanding of our workforce and leverage data-driven insights to support our leaders in making informed decisions. By analyzing key trends and identifying areas for acceleration, we aim to provide actionable recommendations that enhance employee engagement, productivity, and retention. Your skills and qualifications
To excel in this role, we imagine you should have:
- An academic degree in a relevant field such as Business, Economics, Computer Science & Statistics or equivalent.
- Expert in PowerBI, with high proficiency in both DAX and SQL, with experience in PowerApps along with the wider Power Platform is a strong benefit.
- 7+ years of in-depth experience with solutions involving data, business intelligence, and analytical technologies preferred (e.g. PowerBI, SQL, Alteryx)
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into valuable recommendations for senior leaders
