We are looking for a proactive and strategic Lead S&OP Brand Partner to join our Tactical Planning team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring uninterrupted supply of life-saving treatments for patients with hemophilia. This is your opportunity to make a real difference.
The Position
As Lead S&OP Brand Partner, you will be responsible for driving the S&OP processes for a designated brand portfolio. You will drive the alignment between commercial strategy and strategy and operations, ensuring volume allocation and supply-demand balancing at a global level. With a high level of autonomy, you will engage with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Finance, and Supply Chain, acting as a trusted business partner.
You will also provide guidance to team colleagues and help foster collaboration within the broader Planning & S&OP organisation, which consists of three teams and approximately 50 dedicated colleagues.
Key responsibilities include:

Translating commercial input into tactical supply chain plans

Leading S&OP at brand level, enabling decision making through the S&OP process

Driving collaboration across global functions to secure reliable supply to patients

Representing the brand portfolio in key S&OP forums and leadership meetings
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you bring both analytical and interpersonal strengths, with the ability to navigate complexity and engage confidently with senior stakeholders.

A master’s degree in supply chain management, Engineering, Finance, or Economics

6+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Business Development, Finance, or Management Consulting

A strong understanding of S&OP processes, volume allocation, and cross-functional planning

Excellent communication skills and fluency in English

A proactive and structured approach, with high attention to detail and the ability to work independently
Nice to have:

Experience from Pharmaceutical or related industries

APICS CSCP or CPIM certification

Familiarity with SAP/APO or similar systems, and inventory optimisation strategies
