The Position
The position involves providing stability support to the PS API department, focusing on both administrative and laboratory tasks related to stability studies. Key responsibilities include re-ceiving and processing samples, ensuring proper setup and documentation of stability studies, and coordinating shipments to laboratories. Additionally, you will analyze trends in results, address deviations, and contribute to the improvement of workflow processes. 

 

Your primary tasks will consist of, but are not limited to:
•    Receive and handle stability and reference samples.
•    Set up and manage stability studies in GlobalLims, including preparation of protocols and reports.
•    Sample, collect, and ship samples for stability studies to analysis laboratories.
•    Trend results from analysis laboratories and participate in problem-solving for devia-tion handling.

 

The role also requires participation in an on-call rotation approximately every six weeks to handle climate facility alarms.

 

Qualifications
To qualify for the position, we envision that:

  • You are a trained Laboratory Technician, Bioanalyst or equivalent
  • You can communicate in Danish and English - both verbally and in writing.
  • You have experience working with GMP.
  • It is an advantage if you have worked with protein stability in API or stability in finished product and/or knowledge of diabetes products

  • Have strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively 
  • Are a team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills 
  • Have a structured approach to work and keen attention to detail 

 

The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. You should be comfortable working in a dy-namic environment with changing priorities and short deadlines. 

 

About the department
The API MSAT Stability team belongs to MSAT Manufacturing Support department and consists of approx. 50 employees divided into 4 teams. It is a dynamic department with many contact points around the organization. You will become part of the Stability' team, which consists of laboratory technicians and academics, 14 people in total. The department is located in Bagsværd.
