Then you could be our next Laboratory Technician in QC Operational Stability in Bagsværd.

Your new role

You will be part of a team of highly engaged and knowledgeable laboratory technicians working closely with scientists from New Product Introduction and CMC.

QC Operational Stability 2 is responsible for the operational handling of stability studies for new drug products in our portfolio and reference materials. We focus on stability from CMC to market launch, ensuring that upscaling and manufacturing activities do not impact product characteristics and quality.

You can expect a mix of laboratory and computer-based tasks. The laboratory work involves handling samples and supporting stability activities but does not include wet chemistry.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Handling samples, including packing, withdrawing samples from stability chambers and sending them for analysis
• Establishing studies in gLIMS (Global Laboratory Information Management System)
• Handling different simulations such as in-use studies, temperature cycling studies and light studies
• Coordinating sample logistics with stakeholders
• Reviewing study protocols

You will also have the opportunity to participate in development projects focused on optimisation and automation of our stability processes.

Your skills and qualifications

To succeed in this role, you have:

• An education as Laboratory Technician (Laborant), Bioanalytiker or equivalent
• Experience working in a GMP environment
• Experience working with IT systems, preferably LIMS
• Experience working with stability studies is an advantage, but not a requirement
• Professional communication skills in Danish and English, both written and spoken

We expect that you have a problem-solving attitude towards challenges and that you are a team player, ready to jump in and help your colleagues during busy periods, while also being able to work independently on your own tasks.

Your new department

QC Operational Stability is a newly established department, created at the end of 2025 to strengthen how we handle operational stability across our product portfolio, from Diabetes and Obesity to Rare Disease.

We are responsible for planning, coordinating and executing stability activities in close collaboration with colleagues across CMC, New Product Introduction and Product Life Cycle Management. We are approximately 40 colleagues organised into three teams and are currently located in Bagsværd. By the end of 2028, we expect to move together with the QC laboratories to Future QC in Hillerød.

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 437,600.00 to 643,200.00 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position.

The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.

Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
