The position

As our new Training Coordinator your will play a central role in ensuring the most simple and efficient training administration utilising your excellent administrative and IT skills.

 

Your main tasks will be:

  • Identify, structure and assign of trainings in our system just-in-time for business needs
  • Support managers in planning the set-up of trainings for new and current employees
  • Advice internal stakeholders on how to operate training systems according to administration standards and tools
  • Assist with trouble shooting and problem solving when stakeholders encounter challenges with our training system
  • Review content in QualityDocs and STA News and update our information accordingly

 

In this role you will be very visible in the organisation and have an excellent opportunity to learn new skills and develop within areas of training, IT systems, HR etc.

 

Qualifications

We're seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:

  • Experience in administrative positions and interest in developing your career within training administration
  • Flair for IT, skilled at quickly mastering new software
  • Knowledge of training administration within GxP is considered an advantage
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Danish and English

You are approachable and great at communicating clearly and concisely with stakeholders on all levels of the organization. About the department

You will be part of Aseptic Manufacturing, Site Bagsværd (AM BA), which is an aseptic filling factory with approx. 900 employees working day and night to produce marketed insulin, GLP-1, and obesity products for patients around the world. The training team is anchored in Business Support and Inspection department, and the team consists of approx. 18 highly dedicated colleagues with broad experience and background within learning, development, production and training. We appreciate a good and social working environment and believe that it must be fun and rewarding to meet at work.
