The position

In our team we operate and maintain the IT & OT landscape of the production facility. You will be part of a very diverse team of employees, who are passionate about what we do and work together as a family, sharing knowledge every day. Our tasks are very different from day to day, we upgrade servers and systems, we patch and do security updates, we maintain IT system and computerized equipment, we support the customers, participate in and drive projects and we digitalize the production site. Our overall and finest task is to keep IT in the best condition to avoid unplanned production stop in the facility that operates on a 24/7 basis.


Our team is located in the production site, to ensure that we can be close to the shopfloor, understand the IT needs, drive continuous improvements, and drive digitalization of the production site. We work closely with our production colleagues on day-to-day operations, projects, and digitalisation.



  • You preferably hold a bachelor/master’s in engineering, IT or equivalent
  • You preferably have experience with the pharmaceutical or equivalent industry
  • You need to have experience with IT and preferably also automation.
  • You preferably have a flair for hardware like tablets, scanners, printers, etc. 
  • You have experience or strong knowledge in troubleshooting and problem solving.


As a benefit but not a requirement you have experience with Agile, SCADA and PLC. You are well oriented with operating systems like Windows, Windows server, and Linux. You managed IT systems, did validations in a GXP environment, handled changed request etc.


On a personal level, you are cooperative, with a customer-centric mind set, and thrive to have fun with your colleagues at work. You have an open mind, are willing to learn and you are structured and proactive in your work and will never compromise on quality. To succeed you need to be able to keep calm make choices in a busy work environment, where the agenda changes frequently. You ask curious questions and can communicate on all levels of the organisation.

Finally, you also need to have good capabilities in written and spoken English and Danish as you will be working closely with stakeholders across the entire organisation.


About the department 

You will be part of a dynamic area in a constant development. Your team is very diverse both regarding background, age, culture, knowledge etc. The area consists of 6 agile teams spread across different areas/tasks/products. Physical presence in Bagsværd is required.
