About the position
As an IT System Manager, you will be responsible for the IT governance and IT compliance tasks in relation to a portfolio of GxP IT systems and computerised equipment. It will be your responsibility to systematically maintain documentation, perform reviews, drive life cycle management, and run small projects that ensure that the cross-site IT systems live up to internal and external requirements. The job is primarily based in Bagsværd, but there may also be a need to visit Gentofte or Kalundborg.

 

Furthermore, you will be responsbile for:

  • IT governance and IT compliance tasks in relation to a portfolio of GxP IT systems/Computerised equipment across MSAT. E.g. ownership setup, pathing planning, etc.
  • Implementation of small projects related to the specific systems, processes or compliance level
  • Performing IT risk assessment 


Qualifications
You are the ideal candidate if you tick most of the following:

  • Msc or B.Sc within computer science, business administration, engineering or similar
  • 3+ years of experience within operation and maintenance of IT systems, preferably within the manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry
  • Knowledge of ITIL, preferably ServiceNow and it is a plus if you have experience in document project management
  • Proficiency in English, and Danish would be a plus

About the Department
The job is within the PS API MSAT Business Support department, located in Bagsværd. The department serves traditional business support functions within administration, strategy, finance, training, quality, cLean®, facility, and statistics. The atmosphere is dynamic and collaborative, with a focus on stakeholder management, innovation, and excellence.
In addition, the department contains a new BIO, Data & Digital team, responsible for implementing the MSAT strategy for data and digital solutions, as well as modelling related to current and future products. The whole MSAT Business Support team consists of approximately 30 employees.
