Let’s talk about the role
Novo Nordisk is preparing for the future with its new strategic initiative, OF4F. With the aim of doubling sales within the next decade, this project is focused on strengthening and supporting the global supply chain. By enabling a simplified and more automated order processing system, OF4F will enhance the flexibility and scalability of the supply chain. This initiative will standardize and streamline how orders are handled, from the affiliate level to production and warehouse. 

As a part of this initiative, you will be responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions that align with the company's business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that the solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends and provide guidance to the development teams on best practices. 


Your main responsibilities will be to:
•    Ensure the OF4F technical solution (Make To Stock Template) is fit for the identified business requirements from an End-2-End perspective. MTS template is to be rolled out across the entire supply chain organisation; affiliates, production, warehouses, shipping, 4PL, master data governance and QA/Product release. 
•    Verify that the OF4F technical solution is aligned with Digital, Data & IT (DD&IT) Product Supply Architecture and harmonize the solution design with relevant architects across DD&IT, roll out projects, expansions project, and others.
•    Advise the E2E Business architect on business priorities and options available within the ‘Global Conceptual Template’ and help understand business impact of OF4F design decisions. 
•    Collaborate and agree with workstream/implementation leads to align on template design and interface design for solutions and systems, such as, ATTP, PAS-X, EWM, SAP BTP, OMP, etc. 


Which competencies to bring?
To be successful in this role, we believe you can tick most off the following requirements:
•    Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or any other relevant field.
•    Proven extensive work experience in Architect role within SAP logistics area.
•    Experience in managing change within complex organizational structures, including the ability to drive adoption of new IT processes and solutions. 
•    Good understanding of SAP architecture and technical data flow of SAP business processes.
•    Fluent oral and written English is required.
•    Experience in the pharmaceutical sector and knowledge of S/4 Hana will be an advantage.
•    Experience working in any formalized architecture framework, SAFe, GxP (GoodxPractice), or another auditable environment, will also be an advantage.  

On a personal level, you possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address complex technical challenges. Additionally, you are proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality are also crucial traits for this role.
