This is the opportunity as an engaging position as an IT & AV Supporter in our Nordics Team within Enterprise IT? You will be responsible for supporting executive-level management at Novo Nordisk Denmark, ensuring a high-quality, service-oriented experience.

 

Your new role

As IT &AV Supporter you enjoy helping others and have a keen eye for detail. You prioritize learning the IT infrastructure and technical standards, as well as understanding different aspects of the business.

Your primary responsibility will be providing meeting room and IT support for our executive level at Novo Nordisk Denmark. This includes:

• End-user communication and day-to-day incident handling.

Troubleshooting and identifying technical improvements.

• End-to-end ownership of cases, ensuring resolution through personal action or effective escalation and follow-up with business partners.

• Root cause analysis to drive continuous improvements.

It is essential that you can collaborate effectively while working independently at a high professional level. You should take pride in efficient execution and delivering an exceptional, end-user-focused service. You will work alongside a local team of supporters, various vendors, and a global IT support network to establish and maintain global standards.

EIT&Q consists of 200+ employees across more than 25 countries, with main hubs in Denmark, the US, and India. We are a key driver in the digital transformation of Novo Nordisk.

 

Your skills &qualifications

The ideal candidate has a higher technical education with an analytical focus, or a relevant degree within the field combined with three or more years of hands-on experience. You have an excellent command of both written and spoken English You possess strong communication skills and know how to interact professionally with end-users, senior stakeholders, colleagues, and vendors. Furthermore, you are structured, disciplined in following IT standards and procedures, and a dedicated team player who enjoys sharing knowledge.

Moreover, we expect that you:

• Have a positive, engaging personality with a "can-do" attitude.

• Are comfortable conversing at all levels of a global organization.

• Possess solid experience with Office 365, iOS, macOS, iPadOS, and hardware maintenance.

• Have experience with Cisco video conferencing equipment.

• Are familiar with IT service management frameworks (preferably ITIL Foundation certified) and tools like ServiceNow.

As a person, you are proactive, service-minded, and solution-oriented.
