The Position
As a Health & Safety Partner for Aseptic Manufacturing (AM), you will have the following main responsibilities:

•    Audits and Inspections support to all AM production sites, including gap analysis and findings management.

•    Coordinate and prepare the sites for re-certification of ISO45001.

•    Consolidate the different HSMR (Health and Safety Management Review) in AM.

•    Ensure implementation of Novo Nordisk Health and Safety Management System across the network and all NN Internal requirements for HS.

•    Super User of EHS Portal – Health and Safety IT system.

•    Responsible for Novo Nordisk initiatives, such as: Life Safety Rules (Including Behavioural Package), Ergonomic Masterplan, Safety Culture Assessment, AM HS targets, KPIs, and reporting flows, Immediate actions / Emergency preparedness.

•    Extensive data analyses management on all health and safety indicators.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:

•    An academic degree within Health & Safety or similar subjects.

•    Extensive experience in a Health & Safety role.

•    Solid experience within a highly regulated industry, i.e. pharmaceuticals, medical devices, aviation, food production.

•    Certification in or solid understanding of ISO45001 and ISO9001.

•    Fluency in English, both in writing and speaking.

On a personal level, you demonstrate strong analytical skills, stakeholder management and practical experience in analysing complex business issues. You have experience with change management processes and communication in large and complex organizations.

Aseptic Manufacturing Engineering (AME) plays a key role in accelerating a major transformation to improve performance across our global network of factories in Asia, Europe as well as North and South America to meet the need of the increasing number of people living with diabetes and obesity.
