•    Working with others to make process change decisions while following internal and external requirements
•    Leading initiatives for improvement, promoting innovation, and identifying opportunities to optimize processes in line with organizational needs

On a personal level, you need to possess excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. We expect you to display a strong commitment to work, curiosity, and adapt in the face of change. You should exhibit high personal energy and have a proven ability to motivate and engage individuals effectively. Furthermore, your ability to work independently and your capacity to develop, identify, and implement innovative solutions for complex issues are key assets.

About the department
You will join the P&O Digital Development and Analytics function in Global People and Organisation (P&O), reporting to the Director of Process Excellence.
The Process Excellence team is a global team, working closely together with all corners of Novo Nordisk and the Global P&O organization. We are a good mix of employees with different backgrounds and experiences and value an informal and fun working environment.
In collaboration with P&O management and stakeholders we drive the P&O Digital strategy & roadmap, meaning facilitating and driving the right strategic choices, but also ensuring the execution of the roadmap towards measurable impact.
