The Position
As an HR Senior Process Expert, you will play a crucial role in improving and enhancing our HR operations. Your expertise in process optimization, mapping, and innovation will not only streamline our HR workflows but also contribute to the overall excellence of our renowned pharmaceutical enterprise.
In this position, you will engage in daily collaboration across various levels of the organization, often with management teams. Strong communication skills grounded in data and facts are essential for facilitating agreements and making informed decisions. You will be responsible for ensuring that process improvements align with legal standards while also critically assessing and updating local legacy requirements to ensure compliance with current legal mandates.
Main responsibilities include:
• Working independently on process improvement initiatives with significant decision-making authority
• Working with others to make process change decisions while following internal and external requirements
• Leading initiatives for improvement, promoting innovation, and identifying opportunities to optimize processes in line with organizational needs
• Acting as an expert in key processes, providing guidance to colleagues, and handling high-complexity tasks critical to the CVP area
• Representing Novo Nordisk in selected external networks, depending on the business need
Qualifications
To succeed in the role, you have:
• Master's or bachelor’s degree in HR, engineering, business, or related field, complemented by substantial professional experience
• Proficiency in digitalization initiatives, process optimization, and mapping
• Comprehensive understanding of HR and employee life cycle processes
• Proven track record in global corporate environments
• Solid knowledge of HR implementation of IT systems
In addition to the above, Lean and project management experience are considered advantageous, but not required. The entire organization operates in a global context, which requires proficiency in English.
On a personal level, you need to possess excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. We expect you to display a strong commitment to work, curiosity, and adapt in the face of change. You should exhibit high personal energy and have a proven ability to motivate and engage individuals effectively. Furthermore, your ability to work independently and your capacity to develop, identify, and implement innovative solutions for complex issues are key assets.
About the department
You will join the P&O Digital Development and Analytics function in Global People and Organisation (P&O), reporting to the Director of Process Excellence.
The Process Excellence team is a global team, working closely together with all corners of Novo Nordisk and the Global P&O organization. We are a good mix of employees with different backgrounds and experiences and value an informal and fun working environment.
In collaboration with P&O management and stakeholders we drive the P&O Digital strategy & roadmap, meaning facilitating and driving the right strategic choices, but also ensuring the execution of the roadmap towards measurable impact. In addition, we are shaping and owning customer journeys ensuring our customers get the best experience from our P&O Services, including aligning our key P&O metrics to measure customer experience. We are curious about Digital Innovation, developing new solutions building on the latest trends within automation and digitalization across the entire P&O organization.
