The Position

You will be the HR Business Partner of two Corporate Vice Presidents and their business areas in CMC Development in Product Supply Quality and IT. As a trusted advisor, you will build solid relationships with the business and the P&O organisation, identify challenges and play an advisory role in addressing them. You will be working closely with Centres of Excellence within P&O in defining and executing initiatives identified to improve the business areas’ ability to seize business opportunities and overcome challenges.

  • Talent management & development and culture and engagement

Alongside your HR Business Partner colleagues as well as executive support functions, you will be in charge of continuously reviewing, assessing and evolving the business to drive organisational efficiency and agility. Qualifications

You are characterised by being a strong and pragmatic executor with a strategic can-do mindset. A person people want to work with and who is respected by stakeholders because you drive things forward and because you have a high personal integrity, which allows you to offer your perspectives respectfully.

Ideally, you:

  • Have 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner within a large, international and culturally diverse environment with change management and organisational development
  • Are able to think strategically and to translate business into HR actions, based on a thorough understanding of the challenges and future outlook.
  • Know how to remove people and organization related roadblocks, ensuring strong support to strategy implementation
  • Hold a relevant academic degree within HR, Organization, Business Psychology or similar.
  • Are fluent in English, both written and spoken. 

It is natural for you to bridge opinions, among other things, by demonstrating good cultural understanding and stakeholder management. You find solutions and get people to collaborate, focusing on what matters most for the end-user, and you are an experienced process facilitator.

 

About the Department

You will become part of the People & Organisation (P&O) Business Partnering unit and report directly to the P&O Manager in CMC Development.
