The Position

You will be the HR Business Partner of two Corporate Vice Presidents and their business areas in CMC Development in Product Supply Quality and IT. Your main tasks will include:

  • Organisational development and effectiveness

Ideally, you:

  • Are able to think strategically and to translate business into HR actions, based on a thorough understanding of the challenges and future outlook.
