Senior HR Business Partners

Are you motivated by the opportunity to act as a strategic sparring partner for senior managers and to drive the people agenda in Novo Nordisk which has a deeply rooted people-focus?

Novo Nordisk is currently experiencing unprecedented growth and as a part of this, we are strengthening and expanding our HR Business Partnering community. We are looking for senior HR Business Partners to assist our organization in Denmark in managing and developing throughout these positively challenging times.

 

The positions

You will be dedicated to a business area where you will identify and deliver on the HR agenda which supports the required strategic and operational business deliverables. Your key responsibilities will be to advice, support and collaborate with stakeholders within and outside the area on varying HR related matters, the main HR BP responsibilities being within:

  • Organizational development and effectiveness
  • culture and engagement
  • change management
  • talent management & development
  • workforce management

 

You will play an essential role in continuously reviewing, assessing and evolving the organization in order to contribute to organisational cooperation, sense of cohesiveness and business outcome. In doing so, you found opinions, advise and initiatives in both quantitative and qualitative analyses and ensure the progression from idea to concrete outcomes.

Furthermore, you will be shaping and fostering an engaging, diverse and inclusive employee environment, rooted in the Novo Nordisk Way.

 

Qualifications

You combine your strong skills within organization and team dynamics with a deep and broad business understanding and an ability to think strategically. This enables you to translate business into HR actions, based on a thorough understanding of the challenges and future outlook. You are able to remove roadblocks related to people and organization, ensuring strong to strategy implementation.

You probably have HR Business Partner experience and solid skills and knowledge within the topics of change management and organisational development. You possess the experience from a large, international and culturally diverse organisation in actively driving forward an inclusive and performance-oriented culture.

It is natural for you to bridge opinions, by demonstrating excellent cultural understanding and stakeholder management at relevant organizational levels. And you find solutions and get people to follow along, focusing on what matters the most for the HR end-users. 

You hold a relevant academic degree, and you are fluent in English, both written and spoken. 

 

The department

You will become part of a large, inspirational and international community which will provide direction and plenty of room for knowledge sharing.

People and Organization Business Partnering consists of units that partner with the business and collaborate closely with the Global People and Organization Centres of Excellence. All Human Resources Business Partners work as strategic advisors to the business and draw upon the expertise and services in the Global People and Organization community  and our functional areas (Legal (Employee Relations), Regulated Training, and Health and Safety), all working with and in the business.
