Global Project Manager - AP Implementation

The position
As Project Manager, you will be welcomed into a strong team of fellow Project Managers and Implementation engineers who are supporting and improving our aseptic production (AP) in Product Supply Aseptic Manufacturing.
Within AM, you can expect your primary projects to be within aseptic production and you will be responsible for driving global implementations at our sites in China, Brazil, USA, France, and Denmark. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading Implementation projects of new technology globally.
  • Stakeholder management and presenting to steering groups.
  • Working close together with technical development team, technical excellence team and the local sites across the entire network.
  • Global problem solving and facilitation.

 
The position is based in Bagsværd, but as this position has global impact with our AM sites, you will have the opportunity to travel within the position! Travel variates from project to project and from person to person but travel can be expected. The team has a dynamic and flexible approach to working where you will have a combination of working onsite, working from home, and working globally!
 
Qualifications
Your experiences include:

  • A degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineer, Mechanics, Pharmaceutical Science or relevant. Or a Diploma Engineer equivalent background.
  • 3+ years’ work experience with project management with a strong PM toolbox.
  • It is advantageous if your experience is from the pharmaceutical industry, in particular manufacturing. But we welcome experience from other highly regulated industries also! 
  • Experience with validation, robotics, machines, and equipment. Solution oriented and experienced/ an outlook on creating continuous improvements.
  • Great communication skills and ability to build relations cross functionally in a global organization. 

 
As a person, you see yourself as being self-driven, have a focus on quality and a problem-solving approach to drive complex projects and manage a broad stakeholder landscape. Furthermore, you can keep a good overview and coordinate many ongoing activities. For this position, you are required to be fluent in spoken and written English. 
 
About the department
You will be a part of the Global performance area in AM Engineering, Product Supply (PS). Your working place will be in Bagsværd, Denmark. The team's mission is to minimize or eliminate human intervention in our production and increase production capacity through new technologies. You will work together with specialist, academics, technicians, and external development partners covering a wide range of disciplines.
