The position
You will be part of “AM Brownfield Site Integration”, a newly established unit in Product Supply Aseptic Manufacturing (PS AM). The unit aims to maximize production capacities at acquired sites and integrate them into Novo Nordisk, aligning with the PS AM operating model.  It is a fantastic opportunity to have a global impact at Novo Nordisk and enable us to serve even more of patients worldwide.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordination of project activities: Prepare meetings and workshops, including minutes and materials in PowerPoint. Coordinate activities for and between workstream drivers. 

  • Reporting: Update of performance boards and various management reports.

  • Health & Safety: Work with Health and Safety incl. conducting and facilitating required risk assessment related to Evolve, WPA and observe and give input to opportunities for improving physical and psych-social work environment.

  • Administrative support: Plan and coordinate training, support recruitment, update Novo Nordisk systems like SuccessFactors, manage office tasks, coordinate manager calendars, plan meetings and agendas, arrange department events/off-sites, and coordinate travel. 

  • Various quality tasks: Management of training in ISOtrain and GMP issues if any.

 

You will work closely with everyone in AM Brownfield Site Integration and should be willing to assist with various tasks. Bear in mind that you will be part of a newly established organization where roles and responsibilities are still being defined. This means you will need to maintain a flexible mindset regarding the above responsibilities. As the organization grows, some responsibilities may be adjusted or shared with colleagues to balance the workload. 
 
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have: 

  • An Academic Degree in engineering, business or similar administrative degree combined with at least 2 years of experience in Project coordination / administrative work.

  • Structured, organized and positive approach.

  • Ability to work with people from different cultures and be an ambassador for Novo Nordisk values.

  • Fluency in both English and Danish.

About the department
The AM Brownfield department at Novo Nordisk is responsible for integrating newly acquired sites into our organization. It is a part of Product Supply Aseptic Manufacturing (PS AM), which is the largest unit in Product Supply and supplies products for all therapeutic areas in Novo Nordisk. 


PS AM is the largest unit in Product Supply, and we are responsible for all aseptic manufacturing in Novo Nordisk. We are more than 12,300 people working in five different countries (Brazil, China, Denmark, France and USA) operating seven factories/sites.
