The Position
As a Finance Partner in Fill & Finish, you will support and lead various finance projects anchored in Fill & Finish’s project portfolio. You will be involved in multiple business cases towards senior management and will interact with multiple stakeholders anchored in HQ functions and Fill & Finish’s global project organisation.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Finance partnering to a key project within portfolio.
- Support and drive the annual financial processes and budgets to ensure successful resource allocation.
- Analysis of data and creation of insights to support senior management in decision making.
- Support the agenda for reporting, process standardisation, and coherence across project organizations.
- Continuously improve the reporting environment and financial processes within Fill & Finish.
You will with colleagues drive several initiatives simultaneously and work closely with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, which requires that you have a good overview and the ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you should possess the following:
- A master’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, economics, or similar.
- Between 3 to 5 years of experience in a finance controlling and partnering setting e.g. HQ finance function, production finance, accounting, financial advisory or similar.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with SAP and Excel.
- Understanding of CAPEX projects and a background in project management would be considered as advantages.

You will be joining Fill & Finish Expansions. The area is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employ approximately 28,500 employees. Fill & Finish Expansions is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major fill & finish expansion projects across PSQIT to serve the needs of millions of patients. We do it by rethinking our fill & finish facilities with the use of modern technology. We are setting the standards for the future, designing facilities we will still be proud of many decades from now. Fill & Finish Expansions has a global approach, where you will be working with multiple sites and cultures across the world.
