As Finance Business Partner in EITQ Finance, you turn financial insight into better decisions across Enterprise IT and Quality (EITQ). From day one you help plan and allocate resources, control and report performance to senior management, and shape the financial thinking behind an EVP area of more than 6,500 people and around DKK 9 billion. Your work supports value creation across the Novo value chain, where progress in IT and quality helps millions of people live healthier lives.

What you’ll bring

We are looking for someone who pairs strong financial competencies with a genuine interest in the business. You bring:

•             A master’s degree in business administration, economics or a related field.

•             A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

•             Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to keep the overall purpose in mind.

•             Clear, precise communication with people at all levels of the organisation.

•             A self-driven approach and the ability to work independently.

•             Strong collaboration skills and a focus on succeeding as a team.

•             Fluency in written and spoken English.

Useful, but not essential:

Experience partnering with senior stakeholders or working across a large, complex organisation.

What you’ll do

You will help EITQ Finance create impact through finance partnering – combining solid financial competencies with a real understanding of the business. Your work will include:

•             Leading financial planning and resource allocation across the area.

•             Owning financial controlling and reporting to senior management.

•             Creating clear financial insights that support and sharpen decision making.

•             Partnering with senior stakeholders across Enterprise IT and Quality to connect finance with business priorities.

•             Building a deep understanding of the value chain and the strategic priorities that shape it.

Who you’ll work with

You will join EITQ Finance, part of Novo Business Finance, responsible for the financial management of the largest EVP area within Staff Functions – more than 6,500 employees and approximately DKK 9 billion across the Novo value chain.

You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation, bringing financial clarity to conversations where priorities are set and decisions are made. The atmosphere in the team is informal and built on a strong team spirit, so an eagerness to build relationships – and a good sense of humour – will help you thrive.

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 570,200.00 to 838,100.00
DKK, corresponding to the level of the position.
The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the 
candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well 
as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market 
benchmarks.
