Your new role

As Facility & Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving operational performance across facility and physical security services, ensuring high-quality delivery and efficient transition from projects into operations.

 

Your key responsibilities will include:

 

  • Driving daily operations and continuous improvement of facility and security services in collaboration with PSO teams and external partners
  • Ensuring high-quality, cost-effective service delivery with a focus on optimisation and performance
  • Managing external security suppliers and ensuring compliance with contractual and operational standards
  • Leading governance and coordination of project-to-operation transitions, ensuring clear ownership and readiness
  • Acting as a central coordination point between PSO, Corporate Facilities, and Line of Business stakeholders

 

You will operate in a dynamic environment with strong cross-functional collaboration across multiple sites in Denmark.

 

Your new department

You will join Physical Security Operations (PSO) within Corporate Facilities, where we are responsible for delivering and continuously improving security and operational services across Novo Nordisk Denmark.

The team works closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure safe, efficient, and scalable operations that support Novo Nordisk’s growth and business priorities.

 

Your skills and qualifications

We are looking for a structured and proactive professional with strong operational and stakeholder management capabilities.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

 

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Facilities Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience within facility operations, project management, or security services
  • Strong experience working with external suppliers and contract management
  • Solid stakeholder management skills across functions and organisational levels
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 570,200 to 838,100 DKK (DK), corresponding to the level of the position.

The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.

 

Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
